Hayley Wakefield | Co-Founder & CEO
An entrepreneur at heart, Hayley Wakefield has launched ventures spanning a subscription box company, a restaurant, and a coworking and event space. Obsessed with creating exceptional experiences for people and brands, she brings this passion to everything she does — from producing hundreds of intimate gatherings, large-scale festivals, and conferences, to designing innovative experiences and thoughtful customer engagement. She has also served as Development and Community Engagement Director for nonprofit organizations, where she built donor programs, volunteer initiatives, and earned revenue models to bridge the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Previously, she was Brand Director for a multimedia company, leading digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and product and conference launches.

Blake Bauserman | Head (and Shoulders) of Digital
Blake Bauserman lives and breathes the Texas Hospitality scene. After moving to Austin to pursue a master’s in advertising at UT, he has developed ad campaigns for iconic Texas brands and boutique innovators alike. Each brand has its own unique voice, and it’s the thrill of finding the nuances audiences will fall in love with that keeps every day fun.With a love for engaging ads and the title of World Pun Champion from the 2025 O. Henry Pun Off under his belt, Blake is always on the hunt for the next great story to tell.
Colleen Canavan | Marketing & Events Coordinator
Colleen is passionate about working with people and bringing their stories and brand to life through social media. With a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from Sam Houston State University and a minor in Marketing, she specializes in capturing the heart of a brand and showcasing it in its best light. Whether it’s building authentic connections, crafting creative strategies, or highlighting what makes a business unique, she loves helping brands stand out and engage with their audience in meaningful ways.
Sarah Swindell | BC Warehouse Manager
With 15 years of experience as a Certified Home Stager, Sarah has a passion for creating beautiful spaces that inspire and delight. Married to a former Major League Baseball player and mom to four adult children, she’s also the author of a book and the voice behind a True Crime podcast. Beyond her professional life, she proudly celebrates being a grandmother to seven, and she is a dedicated advocate for children with Autism in honor of her adult son, who was diagnosed at 18 months old.

Sophia Davenport | Social Media Manager
Sophia Davenport’s love for content creation started in elementary school with videography and later grew into photography. With a background in teaching and a passion for storytelling, she focuses on capturing candid, real moments that connect with people. She especially loves photographing people and everything food + drink, and she brings that same energy into content that helps brands feel authentic and relatable.
