An entrepreneur at heart, Hayley Wakefield has built a dynamic career launching and growing ventures across hospitality, consumer products, and community-focused spaces — including a subscription box company, a restaurant, and a combined coworking and event venue. Driven by an obsession with creating exceptional experiences for people and brands, she brings this passion to every project. Hayley has produced hundreds of gatherings ranging from intimate dinners to large-scale festivals and conferences, and she is known for designing innovative, thoughtful experiences that prioritize meaningful customer engagement.

Before beginning her entrepreneurial journey, Hayley served as a Development and Community Engagement Director for several nonprofit organizations, where she built donor programs, volunteer initiatives, and earned-revenue models that helped bridge the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. She later expanded her expertise as Brand Director for The Hollis Co., a multimedia company, where she led digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and major product and conference launches.
